Working Principle Of Trough Feeder

The sloping trough allows gravity to aid the flow of the content, ensuring a stable and consistent supply to the animals throughout the day. Structure
The trough feeder is mainly composed of a conveyor trough, a driver, an exciter frame, a receiving port, a discharge port and an elastic support assembly. The trough holds and conveys the material, the drive generates vibration to push the material forward, the exciter frame supports the drive, the receiver and discharge ports are responsible for the material entering and discharging respectively, and the elastic support assembly reduces vibration noise and impact. The overall design is intended to achieve efficient and continuous material conveying.
